Terms and Conditions – A Sushi Experience

Welcome to A Sushi Experience. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Chef Austin Hall. By booking an experience or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

A Sushi Experience offers private in-home sushi dining services, curated by Chef Austin Hall in Park City, Utah. Services are customised to each event based on details provided by the client.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your event.

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and the event details have been approved.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 4 or more days before the event are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability but is not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including location, time, number of guests, and any dietary restrictions.

• Adequate kitchen space and facilities must be available unless otherwise arranged.

• Children and pets should be kept safely away from the working area during food preparation.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies well in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

A Sushi Experience and Chef Austin Hall are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or health issues resulting from events unless due to proven negligence. Clients accept full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of their guests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of A Sushi Experience and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or booking our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
